the hotel was also close to the buses that go to Mexico City, which made transportation easy. the room was spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful and courteous. the breakfast provided was decent with fresh fruits, toast, cereals and hot items like ham and eggs. the hotel had spacious suites with a kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, and coffee maker, which added to the convenience. there were some incidents of poor maintenance like broken lamps, and insufficient towels and blankets.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me - close to the buses to Mexico City and right in the heart of a bustling shopping center. The fact that there was a large mall nearby was an added benefit, as it gave me plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and assisted me with anything I needed. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a kitchen, television, and a comfortable sitting area. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided in the bathroom. the level of comfort and quality service I experienced here was top-notch.

Even though it was Easter weekend, the hotel was quiet and not too crowded. the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed directions. the hotel had good air conditioning which was nice because it was hot outside. the location was convenient because it was close to a mall and a few restaurants which made it easy to get food and do some shopping.

The room felt small and cramped with the furniture. the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets didn't feel clean.

The location of the hotel is great! It is close to a mall where you can find many dining options and shopping facilities. The hotel is easily accessible by car and there is plenty of parking available. Another advantage is that the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The quality of the rooms was not very good. The carpets were dirty and the bathroom had hair from previous guests.
